Position: Head Chef

Key Responsibilities:

• Menu Creation & Costings: Develop and design innovative menus while maintaining cost efficiency.
• Culinary Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in seafood, meat, and bakery or dessert preparation.
• Leadership: Lead and manage our kitchen team to uphold our high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Operational Efficiency: Control and optimize kitchen operations, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish.
• Flexibility: As we expand our hours, the ability to work any required shifts is essential.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a reputable establishment.
• Strong culinary skills with a focus on quality and creativity.
• Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations and procedures.
• Own transport is a must.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and ready to take on new challenges.
